There's a lot of chat on the Internet about it, Chris. It appears that it was
an early model trialling updated engines in a well-used airframe. Some say that
the airframe had been abused somewhat; the official report talks about a kink
appearing in the leading edge. Yet another source alleges that the aircraft was
exceeding its cleared envelope.
