Looks like a nice brew but not readily available outside the local environs.
It is a good shot as well. Head does look a bit short but moderately nice
lacing.
No clue about the SHV but probably decent.
(Yes, lacing is quantifiable---SHV or Schaumhaft Vermoegen i.e. foam adhesion,
<90 is poor, 90-140 average, .140 better than avg) I'll skip the
chemistry/physical chemistry of the beer itself that imparts the lacing
character, but glassware is important as well---clean but no residual rinse
agents.
