None of those 35mm lenses have as large an image circle as an RZ lens, which is 
probably why he is using the RZ lenses. The RZ lenses are ironically cheaper on 
the used market too (though they were more expensive when new). 

Many technical camera users will likely use dedicated “digital” lenses from 
schneider and rodenstock, designed for so-called medium-format digital backs.  
They have larger-than-44mm image circles but smaller than the RZ circle. 

The Cambo thing only really works decently on a mirrorless body, any SLR type 
body will shade the image sensor too much from the mirror box of the SLR, when 
used with shifts.

At that point, just go back to large-format film, which IMNSHO is where he 
should have stayed…
