When it comes to cutting pies and cakes we use the 'minutes in the hour'
division principle. e.g. "I'll have a 10-minute slice please". It seems
to work with everyone - I guess we can all visualise a clock face and its
division into 12 segments. And of course 12 is divisible by 2, 3, 4 and 6
:-)
