Facially, yes. However, the problem has many aspects, a significant one
of which is that we are suffering from a general decline in societal morals and
personal responsibility and accountability. Add to this the fact that we have
an increase in the number of homeless people, many of whom suffer from mental
impairment. Now add firearms to all of this and you can easily deduce the
outcome.
The incident of this morning took place at a private residence in a
seriously declined neighbourhood tat was being used as a camping ground for
homeless people. From what little is known at this point, an argument started
between two individuals and a gunfight erupted.
