Picture in your mind if you will: It's 4AM, and you're lying in bed half
asleep, enjoying the soft flow of cool morning air as it wafts past you.
Suddenly there's a police helicopter circling overhead, followed by the sharp
thud of a pair of flash-bang grenades. Sirens erupt from every direction,
followed by another flash-bang grenade. You've just entered the Chop Shop Zone:
