Yes, I remember your quote. But the invoice said they had updated the firmware but it was already at that level. And when I installed it it did wipe out the settings.

Thus, reset everything and do a few tests, including test shot(s).

Not such a bad idea, as they apparently found a bad thingie and replaced
it, before you noticed it was failing, no?
