Kinda the difference between Ektachrome and Fujichrome. Both were
great, but if you wanted Fujichrome colors, you bought Fujichrome.
While you can manipulate the images to get "close" to the results of
Fujichrome, it doesn't come naturally, and depending on how close you
are to out-of-gamut, it can be impossible.

Of the wind turbine picture, The E-3 pictures naturally went to the
coloring that I wanted. The 6D pictures required substantial
adjustments, including localized adjustments.

For normal sunlight, outside of the golden hours, the 6D positively
nails it. No complaints there. But when you get into the golden hour,
or when photographing flowers, there is no "Olympus magic".
