I had to replace a lighting truss one time...
The lights were installed before all the construction was finished. A
significant amount of wood dust settled onto the lights. About a month
after everything was completed and two or three uses in, the dust
ignited from one rather hot light and caused the wiring to catch fire.
Wire insulation USUALLY doesn't burn unless there is electricity also
flowing through it. They had quite the conflagration until the
circuit-breakers tripped then it went out almost immediately. I didn't
mind, I sold two sets of lights. :)
