I had come inside after working on a bike for more than an hour, turned on
the TV, and there it was. I didn't watch for long, instead watched recorded
episodes of Perry Mason, The Avengers (BBC), and Alfred Hitchcock. Then went
out cycling in the warm afternoon air, timing it so I could return home in time
to watch Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In and avoid the news. Goldie Hawn is still
just as cute.
