I have the original Pentax literature.  The T132 was designed to use on their 
MMC Takumar 150/2.8   165/2.8 and 2000mm/4.
The T226 for the 200/4.  Seems durn good on the  Oly 12-100.  

I assume you used focus bracketing and stacked in PS and not the auto stack 
mode, IIRC from a previous post.  I suspect not too much better results with a 
macro lens with an image of this size at least.
The  soon to be released Panny/Leica  12-60 is much lighter and able to achieve 
higher mag, as well as a bit faster on the short end, but may not be worth it 
in light of these results.
