Sounds like a good match for you. Avg cost of Liv in CO at 102% mean US and
35th in US for total tax burden. Would consider very scenic area outside of
Portsmouth NH such as Newcastle but real estate prices are no longer
very reasonable, but one can get lucky. Cost of Liv at 119% but suspect that is
due to real estate costs, and at 46th for total tax burden---Live free or die
state but that all of So NH more Libertarian and socially liberal and
guaranteed no one will ask you what church you attend.
Portsmouth is quite pleasant with much to do and not far from Boston --under an
hour if pick the right time. Can fly out of Logan or Manchester. No sales
tax or income tax and no squirrely Puritanical protectionist regulations about
restricting shipment of craft beer to friends.
