I find Barge cement readily available at the Ace Hardware stores around here
and is inexpensive. It sticks most anything to anything else.
This might be a good time to consider something from Cameraleather.

I think any contact cement will do. Should be readily available at the
local hardware store. Comes in two types, solvent base and water base. I
think the solvent type would be most appropriate for this use.
