If one lives on a flood plain or in a river valley expect to be flooded
occasionally. If one lives in a hurricane zone be prepared for
hurricanes! Don't whine if the expected occurs !! I find that people
are becoming less and less accountable for their choices in life. Want
to avoid hurricanes ? Go and live in Colorado or Alberta ! Live in Texas
and Florida ........... don't whine about the occasional spells of high
wind. I don't whine about 10 foot snow drifts in Jan / Feb / March !!!
