Interesting results. Doubt the in cam stack is worth the trouble on the 12-100.

I also posted about this test in response to a thread on Mu-43.com. Another
member explained how it works:
"I can explain the mystery. When stacking, the first photo is where you focused. The next two are closer. The last 5 are
further away."
as well as the cropping seems very mysterious.
That remains a mystery. I can see the need to equalize mag. across the FLs, but the large crop and uprezzing I don't
get. I would like at least the option for a couple of slices closer than the focal plane. It could make up for my
failures of perfection in hand held shots.
In any case, the lens limitations mean it's not much use to me.
