Well, the picture is heavily worked. It wasn't quite that warm (color
temperature) yet, but it definitely was in my mind. The beauty of the
new Adobe RAW converter settings is that I can now get the picture to
where I want it to be. The Canon 6D files were a disaster to work with
and this new version fixes that. For a comparative, I made a virtual
copy and worked it with the old converter settings and the image
completely fell apart. The images would be a tosser without the new
version. Or it would end up being pretty straight.

As to Fairbanks? Well, the days are a little longer up there now. But
today's sunrise here in Anchorage is 6:23 AM and sunset is 9:33 PM.
It's fun to see the sunrise light up the mountain in front of our
house instead of hiding behind it. Fairbanks gets MUCH warmer than
Anchorage in the summer, but is MUCH colder than Anchorage in the
winter. We don't have air-conditioning in Anchorage, but they do up
there.

I'm doing the walk/run routine here to get going. Winter running
wasn't in the cards. I need spiked running shoes. Meanwhile I did give
the treadmill a workout.

So, when are you coming up for a Zuikofest?
