Hmmm, for flexibility in positioning for macro will concede the contest. F15
vs a Piper. The Gitzo EX series is more a standard pod with an extra trick
but the Uni-Lock designed from ground up for flexibility in positioning.
The center column is almost like a magic arm with the second joint. Is it
carbon fiber? How did you choose that model and about how much dosh? There
seems to be a slightly more compact one, though is shorter. Please fill us in
on your impressions. It looks tempting.
