Indeed not, Jim.
Some sort of expensive sounding car has just blatted its way down our tiny
street, with much blowing and sucking of its exhaust etc . . . (or whatever is
happening) but it was still having to slow at the speed bumps and negotiate the
parked cars, whatever useless noise it was making.
