My close-up lens threads will also fit on the Pentax Takumar 50/1.4
lens, which has always been a respectable lens, so I decided to take it
for a spin. Few subjects available this morning, but I liked this one.
All told, I like the 55/1.8 better for close-up work, but the 50/1.4
makes great portraits.
