Same here, Jim. No significant rain for a month. The last week in May has
seen multiple 100+degree days which broke all records going back to 1930.
Lots of animal sightings though. I keep two bird baths filled with water
and they have been very active. All manor of birds, Fox and Gray squirrels,
raccoons, coyotes, deer, snakes, lizards, etc. So if you want to photograph
birds put out some water instead of seed.
