     Yep, that's a pretty wild ride.  The vast majority of managers and 
supervisors I met during my working life were sociopaths, psychotics, bullies, 
or just simply incompetent.  I can only recall one who was really worth working 
for.  His manager fired me so as to get a project cancelled, and then corporate 
fired him.  My supervisor quit and went working in the electrical department of 
a Lowe's.  The project did not get cancelled, and it was pretty tricky trying 
to measure phase linearity in a dual conversion receiver.  They ended up making 
six of them.

     The manager who was fired ended up running the pro shop at a golf course, 
which went bust later.
