Modern = e-m1x.

It has a new "My Menu" options which lets you arrange your own menu's.

I expect/ hope the e-m5 iii has it too (but couldn't find it mentioned so
far).

I didn't refer to the e-m5 ii. Don't feel sorry to soon ;-)
