Well, it's official. I just accepted a job offer which will keep us in
Alaska for another couple of years.
It's been a wild year. Plenty of feast and famine, but overall, we
came out OK, and it was a very good thing for my career.
And in other news, DD#2 has finished up college. We now have both
daughters out of college! Except for the talk of going for a masters
degree in the fall.
I had hoped to be able to do the contract thing where I can winter in
the south. That won't happen for the next year at least, but who knows
what the future holds.
