Thanks, Frank.  I've got adapters.  But, for portraits, I prefer the Pentax Super-Multi-Coated Takumar 50/1.4.  Here is an example that I like.

Looks good. The lens could still be a nice portrait lens on the Olympus?

Lots of 'vintage look' ;-)

To me, much of that vintage look is outside the central portion of the image circle. Many old FF lenses lose most of their "look" on a small sensor. The Sony A7 series is a close to perfect camera for using them digitally. I have the original A7. If one wants IBIS, the A7 II has come down in used price a lot since being replaced in the line up.

This is sort of too much, but put a piece of paper with a cut out over it to mimic a 4/3" sensor and you may see what I see. <http://www.moosemystic.net/Gallery/tech/Lenses/Camom_LenB_NikonSofts/NikonSoft.htm>

Or not. A number of my ancient, pre-computer design FF lenses impart things like
"glow" when opened up.

Softly, Softly Moosie

What if the Hokey Pokey *IS* what it's all about?
