That’s right. Any movement, whether by car, bicycle or on foot is restricted to
going to buy food, going to the pharmacy etc. No exercise allowed. I have
bought a device from Wiggle that allows me to essentially convert a regular
bike to a stationary exercise bike. So that is what my cycling is these days,
50 minutes of intense pedalling on the front porch. Good aerobic exercise but
not much fun.
