Here is what Lexar said----

"Thank you for contacting Lexar.

We apologize for the inconveniences you have experienced with our product.

Due to CFIUS (Committee of Foreign Investments in the US) placing restrictions
on LongSys, a Chinese company and the new owner of the Lexar brand, we are not
currently able to ship replacements. The only option at this time is a refund."

The Sony tough cards seem to benchmark very well (tops) and are about the same
price for what I paid for the Lexar. (At least no foul ups in Bhutan) Sony
tough sd cards seem to fit very tightly though and FWIW not on Oly's list of
tried and true.

I trust I will get a refund and will get something. Never seen many comments
on Toshiba cards. Suggestions?

Mike
