Pardon me, I was thinking of the 300mm OM lens. I never used the 600mm.

The price of one on eckbay is $545 + $71 shipping. A near perfect copy of a 
used PL 100-400 is $800. And the 100-400 does not come in a suitcase. However, 
a used M.Zuiko Digital 300mm f/4 pro is $2,149.
