Can't resist any longer -- I've found that I can rationalize almost any gear
acquisition. :-)

I've got everything packed for the weekend trip up north to the Denali
Highway. I'll likely make one or two minor tweaks to the Sony/OM kit
today, but I've got everything in two bags, and I'll have my empty
small hiking bag ready to go when I want to mosey around that I can
toss an extra lens into.

Bag 1: Sony A7ii, Adapter, 21/3.5, 28/2, 50/1.4, 100/2, 200/4,
300/4.5, 1.4x teleconverter, extension tubes, light-meter. USB
batteries for charging camera.
Bag 2: E-3, 12-60, 50-200, GX85, 12-32, 25/1.7, 45-150, Adapters.
Batteries, Polarizer

So nice of you to make my packing seem parsimonious and sensible. ;-)

2019:

Serious kit:
GX9 + Pleica 12-60
GX9 + Pleica 100-400
GX9 + Panny 7-14
Panny 8 mm Fishy.
Backups, Panny 12-60 & 100-300
Casual days: Panny ZS200

2020:

Brooklyn special, one camera, kit: Sony RX10IV. Impressive camera in many ways. Chosen after careful contemplation of camera use/experience on previous trips to NYC. Might have been perfect. Not that useful otherwise. Maybe next year?

Serious kit: darned if I know; possibly.
GX9 + Pleica 12-60
GX9 - or - E-M1 II + PLeica 100-400. Depends on how Pro Capture H works out for
me.
Sony A7 II + Voightländer 10/5.6. I know, too wide, but I think it may be a
game changer.
Panny 7-14, small, light - or - Sony 16-35, big, heavy?
(From four cameras that all took the same batteries to three different
batteries - yuck!)
