That paddock is probably past its prime.
It isn't just what's growing there; it's what its been treated with!
Goats are notoriously fastidious. If poop, pee, or another goat's saliva is
near the "identical plant," then it's no longe "identical" to a goat!

What goat toys did they have?
I've never seen a goat prefer a car to a rock or a downed tree! If your goats
don't have toys, they'll make something nearby into a goat toy!

Cool! Landraces are fascinating. Modern breeds are so uni-dimensional.
We purposely do not maintain breeds. We currently have Lamansnubians: Lamancha,
Nubian, and Saanen mix. They seem to have many of the best characteristics of
each. We breed mainly for disposition. Life is too short for mean goats.
