With an OM-3 he can only make use of the 120j, with an OM-3Ti he can also
use the 120jttl with the so called DX module for Olympus OM (OT-1) in TTL
flash mode.

I have forgotten to say, that it's probably better to by the 120jttl even
with an OM-3 (not Ti), because one can buy a DX module later, if a flash
TTL camera is bought, and non TTL flash is possible with the 120jttl, too.
