Francisco,
The lens registration distances for the OM and the Pen-F are as
follows. The adapter thickness should be the difference between the
two.
OM = 46.0 mm
Pen-F 28.95
Therefore, the adapter should be 17.05 mm thick.
Why don't you just purchase one, Olympus made that one (I have, and
use, one) as well as ones for 5 or 6 other camera mounts including
nikon, pentax, exacta, leica and sever others.
