I've been using this piece of software for about a year. It is fantastic.
With all the clutter and waste within the PC environment, this is one
of the best freeware programs I've ever come across. It allows you to
wipe the free space on your hard drive, as well as true deletion of files
(up to D.O.D specs - wiping over that file 7X to make sure that it is gone).

Mentioned in the May 2000 issue of PC World is free program from Jetico,
called BCWipe. It allows you to truly delete files, instead of "freeing" up
space which might leave delicate information behind.
The program also allows you to "wipe clean" previously deleted files (to
department of Defense Security standards).
I thought some people here might be interested.
Right click the file you want to delete and select "Delete with Wiping"
option.
