Ask on this list to see if someone here has one for sale for that price or
better.
The 40-150 is the kit lens, bottom of the 4/3rds barrel......(which is
basically a 'standard' lens) but.....so far much better than any other
brand I have purchased and used as a manual lens. I have the 14-45 and the
40-150, it was loads cheaper getting the 2 lens kit, but if I had the money,
I'd have gotten a longer zoom, which would suit my needs better.
If you can, get a better lens. Spend those dollars only once.
