You have this already. Just set the lens aperture to the smallest you want. The
lens wont stop down beyond this.

Do many people use greater than 1/1000? To use this, the lens must be so wide
that depth of field is very small, or film speed is very grainy. I would go
faster than 1/250 three times a year.
