None of the above, but I'm concerned about support for keeping 2 OM1N's and
an OM4t alive.

Not for me. This would have to make it among sports and wildlife shooters. Is
there something that is needed that could win them over from their current
investments?

Just to avoid repeating the answer to #3 and assuming backward compatibility
with the system is a given, I'll say the shutter speed setting on the front of
the camera.
