All of the comments against price heckling are on target.
The market establishes its own price standards---regardless
of the market area, and those who price their goods too high
will normally be forced to drop their pricing due to lack of
sales. Price heckling, at best, breeds ill will and, at
worst, leads to lost sales for the heckle-ee.
