I have it too, and while I am generally happy with it, there are a few
things potential buyers should note:
1. "Rigidity" is a problem, especially with heavy lens, and/or when
fully extended. You can mostly avoid shake if you are careful, but this
makes the use less comfortable.
2. Most likely you will want a ball-head with it. I have got the
original Benbo Trekker ball-head, and I am not satisfied with it. With a
telephoto lens attached, camera will bend down slightly when you release
it from your hand so it is very difficult to frame your shot precisely.
3. The downside of Benbo's unique design is that the tripod cannot be
folded (?) compactly for carrying arround. When travelling, I prefer to
disassemble it by unscrewing the central lock, but I guess this is not
recomendable (or practical) to do too often.
