It is probably not that simple.
As for the question, if shutter-vibrations cause lens-movement,
the weight and sice of the lens are important factors.
A third important factor in this is the position of the centre of gravity of
the whole setup in relation to the tripodmount.
With a bad balanced setup vibrations become more critical.
Even more so, if the lens is heavy.
The frequenz of the vibrations is a factor, too.
A frequenz can cause a resonance-effect, if in combination with setup
critical for that frequenz.
