Open photo in Photo Deluxe.
Then go to guided activities.
Go to transform photo's
and click the internet tab.
You can convert it to jpeg and compress
it there. Then save it where ever you want.
I kind of like this program because it has a low
learning curve and I have little time to learn
more advanced programs.
