Nice photos Chris. When did BOAC / BA retire VC10s from passenger
service. I flew in one from Heathrow to Beirut in June 1971 ..... the
pilot flew round and round Beirut trying to lock the wheels in the down
position; scary it was. I thought we were going to end up in a belly
landing. Never did fly in one again.
