Thanks for posting the URL for safeharbor complaints, something I should
have done. Sent an email to them just before posting here. Also suggested
to eBay a simple database cross-check of a new "identity" name and address
on their end could have found the double identity in a few seconds when he
first set it up last year.
Auto reply from safeharbor stated 5-7 day queue (did that many list members
complain already? <g>). I must echo the previous suggestion for registered
eBay users complain.
