Unfortunately, without the identity of the repair facilities, this is not
very helpful. If you assume people can figure out which they are, why not
just identify them. If you assume people cannot figure out which they are,
then the information cannot possibly help anyone.

Hi.
Just wanted to share the following info about having your OM camera CLA'd
here in the states. I'm not going to name names.
I have now had two OM-4T cameras CLA'd (general tune-up) in the last year
and a half. One went to the East coast, the other to the South. The
Eastbound camera was repaired and returned to me within one month of the
time it arrived at the facility. Nothing unusual was found when doing the
repair. It was routine. The Southbound camera was repaired just as
routinely, but it wasn't actually repaired until seven weeks had gone by
from the time in arrived at the facility. Furthermore, there were an
additional three weeks before the repaired camera was finally returned to
me.
Total time without my camera:
Eastbound: Five weeks
Southbound: Ten weeks
Quality of work done: Identical
Expense: Eastbound was 15% more expensive
Both were friendly on the phone.
My mission here is not so much to advise as simply to inform. This info
would have been very useful to me had someone else shared it late last year.
