Looks like a site dedicated to collecting photos, creating photo books from 
them and then selling them to the people who submitted the original photos. 
Like the people who offer to include you in a book of *Who's Who in America* 
and then selling you a copy for big bucks. I noticed that the guy who runs 
the site had his copyright notice under your friend's picture although the 
website disclaimer says that the owner of a photo submission retained all 
rights to the photograph. It would be a nice way to develop a commercial 
portfolio, would it not? Using the best of other people's pictures?  :-(
