Joel,
I feel that the shadow detail is better with the Supra and in addition it's
flesh tones are more subltle than my experience with Gold. I use my 35-70mm
f/4 with the 400 and in a typical situation this gets me an aperture of f/8
to f16 at 500th/sec. (Sunny f/16). These openings get the best results for
this zoom. I took some shots in The Bazarr Del Mundo in San Diego's Old
Town. One of a flamenco guitarist is stunning in the richness of the color;
and no I don't own Kodak stock. Try it you may like it alot.
