I got mine for $262 including shipping, the BIN was $250. I think with
patience the price could be bettered a bit... but this lens was described as
a 'camera store demo' and it is just about perfect in every way... no
scratches, dings, or marks anywhere. The zoom is tight and smooth, focusing
is linear without backlash or play, and the pictures I've taken at all the
focal lengths in the range are sharp and crisp. It *is* a big heavy lens,
and I think I need to get a monopod for this and the longer mirrors I have.
