[OM] Which 50mm (or less) for reverse mount?

Hello everyone!

I own a canon eos 1n, and I'd like to use a 50mm or less, reverse mounted on
a EF 100mm Macro.

Now, considering that I don't have much money to spend, and that I want to
buy an Olympus OM 1n or 2n in the future, I was thinking of starting by
buying a 50mm (or less) for the Olympus instead the EF Canon 50mm.
I won't use the 50mm focal lenght for anything but macro, so by doing this
now I won't have to buy that OM objective later.

I don't know however which one is the best for this purpose, and if you
think I can use <50mm lens.

I don't really care for flat field correction, but I do care a bout optical
quality.
