I don't think the self-timers on OM-4 and OM-1 are really very comparable,
since the OM-1's doesn't stop down the aperture in advance of the shutter's
firing. It's really not much better than a cable release other than your
being able more easily to take a picture of yourself with an OM-1. The
OM-3 must be at least as good as that even without a self-timer.
But what do I know? I've never even seen an OM-3, let alone a 3Ti.
