Yes, the hand and the creases in the hat are where I see the most
difference in clarity, although it is also apparent to a lesser extent
even in parts of the background.
I've added two more samples done with different Resize settings. I think
the last one is even better.

I like his business model of low overhead, easy purchase and delivery
and modest prices. It looks like he must be getting the volume he needs.
The other part I like is discounts on new products for prior customers.
I paid under $23 for it. Not like free upgrades, but it is a new product.
