The only currently made such bellows are by Novoflex, Johann, and they cost
plenty. An alternative would be PB-4 by N1kon which turn up pretty
regularly on the auction site, selling for around USD300.

I had no idea this kind of bellows actually existed. I have been thinking
for a long time about modifying my OM bellows so they could be shifted like
that.
