No, my computer is.
At work I'm told that we have to have US date conventions (Month,  
Day, Year - how daft is THAT?) because "it can't be changed."
If the bloody IT geeks can't sort it, what chance does this lyttle  
bunny have against the Byzantine might of Microsoft.
